Is there really truth in advertising?
You've seen and tried a lot of products and services everywhere you go. When you had a good or bad experience with it, you remembered how they were advertised using different media channels. Most of the time we regret that we believed every detail of the advertisement just because they failed to 'deliver their promises'.
How are we suppose to act on this? There are a lot of ways to choose from. But technology paved the way for immediate publishing of whatever we have to say about things. So before we deal on these complaints (the other way- legally), let us check if we are alone in this dilemma. Or if we are one of the thousands who wanted them to realize that a lot of (product or service) improvements can still be made.
So I encourage everyone, if you've been a customer in one way or another or just a mere observer of how things are done in advertising and marketing a product, take a stand. Share your stories and let us know so we can be better informed customers.
